Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

SprutCAM America is concerned about the safety and security of our customers. Accordingly, we have put a number of technological protections in place to ensure that our transaction process is extremely safe and that our customers' information is secure. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may send us a Postal Order (US only) or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above with the check inclosed.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are found to be faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of your receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Orders will be processed at our published prices unless there is an unexpected change in price, in which case you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. Although we make every effort to assure that our prices and products are advertised and listed as accurately as possible, we are only human, and in the event an error is made, we reserve the right to correct it.

Complaints

If we receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, it will be dealt with promptly (we will normally reply within 5 working days) and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve your issue to your satisfaction.
